Hiking
the magical red rocks is an essential on your list of
things to do in Sedona. There are a multitude of ways to
accomplish this - walks, hikes, and climbs accommodate
the least experienced to the most avid of hiker.

Whether you take a guided tour or avail yourself of one
of the many nature trails Sedona has to offer, you won’t
be disappointed. Besides the towering red rocks
beautiful in any kind of weather - there are crystal
clear creeks, cool canyons, delicious forests and
breathtaking campsites.
Check
out one of the State Parks or private touring companies
to find out what would be most appropriate for you.
If you
are parking on forest land, and most likely you will be,
you must purchase a Red Rock Pass. Daily, weekly and
annual passes are available for $5, $15 and $20
respectively. They are available at three Gateway
Visitor Centers in the VOC, Tequa Markeptlace, and in
uptown Sedona at the Sedona Chamber of Commerce and Oak

all, you are visiting one of the most beautiful places
on earth!
