If you're inside a building in Sedona, and your feet are touching the floor, you're probably walking all over the craftwork of David Harvey and his crew.

Well into its second decade, Harvey's army of craftsmen at Creative Flooring Designs have set tile and laid granite, installed exotic woods, refinished oak floors, built water features and stone walls, and has helped design or redesign interior and exterior surfaces for a vast number of red rock country's finest homes, hotels, and commercial addresses."
"Customer satisfaction is something we stress every day, on every job," said Harvey, who is personally involved in virtually every aspect of the business.
At many of Sedona's most fancy resorts, patrons are surrounded by the artistry of Harvey's team. Over the years, Creative Flooring has been commissioned by Enchantment Resort, Seven Canyons, Sunterra Resorts (now Diamond Resorts), and one of Harvey's personal favorites, Park Place luxury condominiums, in West Sedona.
At the entrance of Park Place, Creative Flooring has built a spectacular water fountain and laid miles of highly detailed tile work, bringing quite a bit of luster to the elegant residential project, developed by Ben Miller, of Miller Bros., in Sedona.
"Working with Ben Miller, the
designers at Studio V, and the entire Schaller Construction team, has made that
project quite the showcase of tile and floor design," said Harvey.
Creative Flooring has been a steady sub-contractor for many of the same builders, again and again, because they know that
"they will receive a product that not only looks great, but they know we stand
behind our work," said Harvey.
On the same hand, Harvey has developed 20 years of relationships, re-hiring a number of the same core installers and estimators.
The same goes for designers. "Some of our favorites out there: Dana Chartier, Stephanie Larson, Divia Barter, and Jennifer Aderhold, from The Design Group," said Harvey.

Harvey's staff takes all the time necessary with the homeowners, designers, and craftsmen, to capture their ideas, then design and create their dream, said Harvey.
"And, I must thank them all ?? homeowners and designers - for having confidence in our company," he said.
In such a competitive market, Creative Flooring's success depends on management and staff paying attention to trends in the market. Whether
it's a cutting-edge design that features sleek materials and crisp lines or the old world-styles of the Mediterranean, Creative Flooring has it mastered.
"The statement of a beautiful home is the attention to detail," said Harvey.

From granite counter tops to stone veneers, water features to flagstone patios, mosaic tile to hardwood, and flooring ...
"there is not much we cannot handle, when it comes to interior and exterior finishes," said Harvey.
The company's two
convenient locations, in Sedona and Cottonwood, are large, well-stocked showrooms that offer clients a chance touch and feel of many of the materials available to them. The Cottonwood showroom also offers plumbing and lighting fixtures, a one-stop interior finish shop.
In addition to an extremely
knowledgeable staff, the showrooms offers new ideas for design and construction, and a substantial inventory of tools, setting materials, tile, and stone.??/span>
